This not only protects the buyer but also Gaelic Pure Scotch Whisky Ltd. Your purchases will be covered by Royal Mail's compensation for loss or damage. Gaelic Pure Scotch Whisky Ltd do our utmost to ensure our clients recieve the very finest product available. We always make certain that each and every bottle is packaged carefully to minimise the risk of transit damage, after all, this is not just a bottle of whisky, it is a real investment in a unique quality product. Your order of Scotch can be tracked by using the Royal Mail tracking service on line. If we do not hear from you within 28 days we will presume that your order has been received. The service guarantee is covered by Royal Mail and any non-delivery or damaged items must be reported within the 28 day period in order to place a claim with Royal Mail with supporting evidence. No claim can be made against Gaelic Pure Scotch Whisky for non-delivery or damaged items. Delivery must be signed for by an adult: Ideally the purchaser should sign for the order as proof that their credit card was used by themselves and itemised on their bill. However, if they are unlikely to be home and make alternative arrangement for acceptance of delivery, i.e. that somebody other than themselves signs, then that will be at their own risk.
